Ingredients
- 4 C roasted peanuts
- 1 T olive oil
Directions
- Add peanuts to jar.
Using the plunger lid, set to "Nuts" and blend for 3 minutes.
- Once blade begins to free spin, add in olive oil.
- Use plunger to move around peanuts.
- Once finished, scrape contents of jar into a container and store in the fridge.
- Serve and enjoy.
