Nuwave PIC® Gold

With an expansive temperature range, adjustable in 10-degree increments, the Nuwave PIC Gold can cook as low as 100°F and as high as 575°F. The PIC Gold features 100 hours of memory that allows you to program your favorite cooking procedures, as well as a Delay function that allows you to initiate cooking when it's most convenient for you. By generating heat directly in the cookware itself, the PIC greatly reduces the risk of fires and accidental burns making it safer than conventional cooktops. With a lightweight, compact design, you can take the PIC virtually anywhere. It even features adjustable wattage, letting you choose from 600, 900 or the default 1500.

12-inch Stainless Steel Fry Pan

This commercial-grade pan is made with a triple-ply construction consisting of an aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of 18/10 stainless steel. The result is a pan that’s as durable as they come, induction-ready and oven-safe up to 500°F. It’s also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. With a wide flat bottom and gently sloped sides, this fry pan is perfect for scrambling eggs, sauteing vegetables, making pancakes, searing meats and so much more.

Wonderful Induction Cooktop

I have been searching for a replacement induction cooktop for my mother in law who lives in our basement . I have bought a couple of induction on Amazon and returned it . This one is a keeper, it really heats up fast. So powerful and easy to use. Wish I have known about nuwave earlier.

I have had two of them over the years and when my last ome gave out I nearly paniced I felt I forgotten how to cook. The cooktop is so fast and efficent I don't want to go back to slow and scorched food. I only have one complaint the plastic over tje buttons breaks and shorts the top out nd kills the unit.

Not as good as I'd hoped

This is my 4th unit of this type in 10 years. I have been pleased with each unit with the exception of temperature control. I have to set the temp. to approx. 130 degrees or less to get a simmer. Hoped this had been corrected so that there was a simmer setting. I love the unit otherwise and will continue to use Nuwave products.
