To clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the NuWave ovens, you should use a damp cloth to wipe away any food residue. The removable parts and accessories of the smart countertop ovens can either be washed by hand or thrown in a normal dishwasher cycle on the top rack. Be sure to dry the countertop oven and the included pieces thoroughly before use.
