With no open flames or hot coils along with a stable base, the Nuwave Induction Wok keeps your countertops cool to the touch.
Beyond stir-fry, the Mosaic Precision Induction Wok is great for soups, pasta, fajitas, and even desserts.
There’s no need for deep scrubbing or scouring countless pans when you can just wipe the carbon, steel Nuwave Wok clean.
The Nuwave Mosaic Wok’s carbon steel material is the perfect marriage of sturdy construction and lightweight design. The unique material of the Nuwave Wok can reach the perfect stir-frying temperature in less than a minute. The Nuwave Induction Wok also includes an easy-grip silicone handle that remains cool to the touch while cooking.
The Mosaic Wok is so easy to use that virtually anyone can cook like a professional chef. You can program up to 10 different cooking functions right into the Nuwave Induction Wok using the Stage Cooking function, or if you would like to take full control of your recipe, choose the time and temperature with an option to deactivate the Preheat function.
The Nuwave Mosaic Wok lets you make a homemade stir-fry or fried rice in as little as five minutes. Thanks to the powerful induction technology and the specially designed carbon steel construction of the Wok, the Nuwave Mosaic can cook up to five times faster than conventional cooking methods.
The Nuwave Mosaic Induction Wok’s digital wok base includes two intuitive dials for quick and easy time and temperature adjustments in 5° increments between 100°F and 575°F. The Preheat button makes it super easy to bring the Nuwave Wok to the perfect temperature before cooking. You can even program up to 10 different cooking functions using the Stage Cooking function.
Because there’s no open flame, the heat is kept within the wok itself, leaving your countertops cool to the touch and greatly reducing the risk of accidental burns. Plus, the Nuwave Mosaic Precision Induction Wok Stove can even shut itself off automatically when the built-in timer runs out.
Now, with the Nuwave Precision Induction Wok, you can now enjoy the same great stir-fry dishes you love from your favorite Chinese restaurants made healthier because you control exactly what goes into your wok creations. So, you can leave out the extra oil and fat, or add in extra healthy vegetables; the choice is yours.
Completely unlike cooking on a gas or electric stove, induction cooking utilizes electromagnets to generate heat. The Nuwave Mosaic’s induction heating method will reduce energy loss and heat your food faster than most other methods. Without the need for a flame or hot electric coil, your Mosaic Precision Induction Wok can quickly heat up to the temperature of your choosing.
No. Nuwave’s Mosaic Precision Induction Wok is entirely self-sufficient. All you need to start cooking with your new wok is the digital wok base and the carbon steel wok that is included. The base will serve as a portable induction stove that heats up the steel wok in minutes. The Nuwave Induction Wok even comes with a recipe booklet, so all you’ll need are the ingredients.
In addition to the obvious stir fry, you can use your Nuwave Induction Wok for countless meals, appetizers, and more. Induction woks work wonderfully when you want to cook your own soups, pasta, sauces, or even popcorn. You can also use your Mosaic Precision Induction Wok for breakfast foods like eggs and omelets. Browse from our list of Nuwave Mosaic Induction Wok Recipes online for even more ideas.
Unfortunately, since the induction cooking method requires a specific type of metal, not all woks will work. In order to work properly, the wok must be made of a “ferromagnetic” material, meaning that it must be highly magnetic. Cast iron or stainless steel is usually best. Aluminum or copper woks will not conduct as well. Also, keep in mind that any wok or pan that doesn’t fit on the Nuwave Mosaic base will not work.
The Nuwave Mosaic Induction Wok offers several advantages over traditional woks. They heat up quickly and evenly, making them ideal for high-heat cooking techniques like stir-frying. Additionally, the Nuwave induction wok has a faster cook time than gas or electric woks without the use of an open flame, making it a safer choice as well.
still haven't had time to prep the bamboo parts nor season the wok, waiting for the holiday activities to calm down and life get back to normal
What a great wok.
I bought this 3 years ago and have used it nearly daily with many different cooking styles, see photos. As a wok cooking teacher, I'm so impressed with this Induction stove. It's a perfect alternative for those who aren't able to use an open flame in their building. The small bowl shape, its consistent high heat works really well. I have recommended this to so many people who also love it.
I have owned this induction wok set for about a year. Now, I could not live without it. I do just about everything in it. I cook everything from scrambled eggs to stir fry to deep fry. I have made soups and "skillet" lasagna. I have boiled eggs and have made awesome fried rice, not to mention just to boil some pasta. With the bamboo steamer inserts the sky's the limit. Steamed fish and/or chicken and veggies come out perfect. I have made great dumplings and even made cheesecakes, pumpkin muffins and brownies. This is such a great "gadget" that I cannot say enough about it. I'd give away my InstantPot before I'd let anyone try and take my Mosaic from me!
My wife is a Thai Chef in Gainesville FL. We have had hour Nuwave now for a year. She loves it. We just bought a Transit bus we are converting into a Thai kitchen. We will be using not one but three Nuwave induction Woks. I know it says not for commercial use but this wok is perfect. No heat so keeping our 100% all electric Thai kitchen cooler than if we had to use propane. I asked my wife do you want to go with another wok or a 220v and she said no. She wants the Nuwave.
For use to be putting out this much money and only buying inverter generators to run everthing tells it all.
I will add pictures when finished.
Go NUWAVE for such a wonderful as advertised product.

Used it as soon as it arrived and put it through it's paces.. Heats carbon steel woks to temperature and yes because it's induction you will have to shift the wok to pre-heat all sides but once they are hot they serve the purpose of cooking the foods and searing meat. I love the temperature control. So happy to be using my round bottom wok again.
