6 sweet potatoes, cleaned
1 c water
Brown sugar
Butter
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Place potatoes in pressure cooker and add water. Close and lock lid, set pressure cooker to “potatoes”, and adjust time to 12 minutes. Press "start/stop".
When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
Carefully open lid and remove potatoes. Serve with brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
