Chicken With Mango Salsa
- 2 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 mango, small diced
- ½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, small diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
- Preheat NuWave Brio to 360°F.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Once preheated, place chicken in NuWave Brio Basket and Air Fry for 12 minutes.
- While chicken cooks, combine all remaining ingredients in bowl and mix.
- Let mango salsa sit for 30 minutes before serving for maximum flavor.
