Dried Raw Almonds
- 4 c almonds
- 1 T sea salt
- Honey (optional)
- Soak 4 c almonds in warm water with 1 T sea salt for 24 hrs.
- Rinse. Place onto Mesh Rack, sprinkle with salt/honey/other flavorings if desired.
Slide the Tray into positions 2 and 3. Dehydrate at 150°F for 12-24 hours, turning occasionally.
- Most almonds that are available have been pasteurized or otherwise treated. If they are no longer raw, soak the almonds.
