Ingredients

24 padron peppers
24 1-inch-thick pieces hot dried chorizo
Wooden skewers
Sea salt

Directions

Soak 12 wooden skewers for at least 15 minutes. Preheat Bravo and set to bake at 400°F.
Thread 2 peppers and two pieces chorizo onto each skewer.
Place skewers in enamel baking pan and place on cooking rack in position 3 and bake until blistered, 12-4 min. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
