Directions

1. Open chipotle in adobo and remove 2 peppers. Remove seeds and dice peppers small.

2. In a bowl, combine chipotle peppers, garlic, cilantro, olive oil, paprika, cumin, lime juice, agave, and hot water. Mix well; set adobo sauce aside.

3. Set to “SEAR” and add oil to pressure cooker.
4. Season salmon with sea salt and fresh ground pepper and place in cooker. Cook salmon for 2-3 min. until salmon is done, flipping halfway.
5. Remove and drizzle adobo sauce over fish or serve on the side.
