We have received your cancellation request. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order as soon as possible. If payment has been processed, your refund will be processed alongside your order cancellation.
Refunds can take 1-3 business days to reflect in your account.
Please be aware, if you selected 24-hour/same day processing when you placed your order, your order cannot be canceled.
When returning your product please write the RMA# that was provided to you on the outside of the box and on the invoice.

When returning the product, it does not have to be insured, we recommend requesting a tracking number.
Once the product is received a refund will be processed for the product price, less P&H.
The refund will be processed once the product has been confirmed and inspected. The refund can take up to 5 business days.
