Ingredients

• 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
• Cooking spray
• Sea salt to taste
• Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

1. Place Air Fry Basket in Duet. Place on Air Fryer Lid and press "AIR FRY".
2. Press "PROG" and turn the "START/PAUSE" dial until program number "35" is displayed. Press "START/PAUSE" to preheat.
3. While preheating, in a bowl, add cauliflower and spray with cooking spray. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
4. When preheated, remove lid and add cauliflower to Basket. Return Air Fryer Lid to Duet to automatically begin cooking at the programmed setting. When done, remove cauliflower and place in a serving dish.
