Please be advised that you may, if not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your Nuwave appliance within ninety (90) days of purchase for a full product refund, less processing and handling charges. This applies to orders with approved credit being delivered to all valid physical mailing addresses within the United States.

Please note, the ninety (90) day return guarantee is only applicable for Nuwave cooking appliances and air purifiers. Nuwave parts and accessories purchases include a thirty (30) day return guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your Nuwave part or accessory within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full product refund, less processing and handling charges. This applies to orders with approved credit being delivered to all valid physical mailing addresses within the United States.

We offer customers the option to add Free Returns (checkout+) at checkout for a small upfront fee, which covers return shipping so there are no additional label fees when returning an item. Free Returns cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts. Return coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. If Free Returns was not selected at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
