Ingredients

  • 2 c whole milk
  • 2 c half & half
  • 3 c Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • Sea salt White pepper, ground

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker. Close and lock lid. Set cooker to “soup”, adjust time to 7 minutes, and press “start/stop”.
  2. When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
  3. Carefully open lid and stir until sauce thickens.
  4. Allow sauce to cool. Pour into a bottle or jar.
