Ingredients
- 2 c whole milk
- 2 c half & half
- 3 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt White pepper, ground
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker. Close and lock lid. Set cooker to “soup”, adjust time to 7 minutes, and press “start/stop”.
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
- Carefully open lid and stir until sauce thickens.
- Allow sauce to cool. Pour into a bottle or jar.
