Ingredients
- ½ C mayo
- ½ C sour cream
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Handful of spinach
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- ⅓ C artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- ½ C Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Place all ingredients into jar, except the artichokes.
- Using the plunger lid, blend on speed 8 for 30 seconds.
- Add in artichokes and pulse for 10 seconds.
- Pour contents into a dish and bake for 10 minutes on 350°F.
- Serve with pita bread or crackers and enjoy.
