Ingredients

  • 2 Atlantic salmon fillets, 7oz. each
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray, as needed

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients needed for the Atlantic Salmon recipe.
  2. Place the baking tray into the unit into rack position 2. Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 46.
  3. Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
  4. While the unit is preheating, season the salmon filets with salt and pepper, can use cooking spray as needed.
  5. Once preheating has finished, place the salmon filets onto the baking tray.
  6. Close the door to begin cooking (425°F combo, 20% steam) for 9 minutes. The unit will beep three times and display “End”.
  7. Open the door and remove the salmon filets.
  8. Plate the salmon filets and enjoy!
