Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna fish, drained
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • ½ c onions, small dice
  • 2 Serrano chilies, minced
  • 2 c tomatoes, diced
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 3 T fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ t oregano, dried
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to pressure cooker.
  2. Close and lock lid, set pressure cooker to "fish", adjust time to 4 minutes, and press "start/stop".
  3. When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid and check seasoning. Add salt and pepper, if needed.
  4. Serve as a main dish or on tostadas. Serve hot or cold.
