- 20 raw sea scallops
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 t paprika
- Oil spray
- 20 toothpicks
Drain and rinse scallops. Place scallops on paper towels to soak up moisture.
Wrap each scallop with piece of bacon and use toothpicks to hold bacon in place.
Season the scallops.
Place scallops in single layer into the Air Fry Basket. Spray scallops with oil spray.
Place on Duet Air Fryer Lid. Press “AIR FRY” and set to 400°F. Press “TIME” and set for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Carefully remove from the Duet. Gently remove toothpicks. Place on a serving dish. Sprinkle on paprika, serve, and enjoy.
