Ingredients
- 2 English muffins, cut in half, horizontal
- 2 eggs, large
- Ham, 4oz. sliced and divided into two 2oz. portions
- 2 slices American cheese
- Non-stick cooking spray, as needed
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients. (Eggs in small bowl, muffins cut, ham in portions, American cheese slices).
- Place the baking tray into rack position 2. Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 53.
- Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
- Once the unit is preheated Place 4 half muffins onto baking tray at rack position 2. Close the door to begin Stage 1 (425°F combo, 30% steam) for 2.5 minutes until golden brown. Once the desired time is reached, the unit will beep 3 times, “ADD” will appear.
- Open the door and remove the muffins. Spray baking tray with non-stick spray and place 2 eggs onto the tray. Close the door to begin Stage 2 (425°F, 30% steam) for 3 minutes. Once the 3 minute mark is reached, the unit will beep three times.
- Open the door and add ham onto the egg and place on the baking tray. Close the door to begin Stage 3 (425°F combo, 30% steam) for 2 minutes. Once the time is reached, the unit will beep three times and display “End”.
- Remove ham and eggs and place onto the muffins. Place a piece of cheese on the ham and egg, and place all 4 muffins into the oven and melt the cheese. Once melted, remove the muffins and place the muffin tops on top of the muffin with the egg to create a sandwich. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
