Ingredients

  • 8 oz soft American cheese, cubed
  • 1-¼ c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 c cavatappi pasta, uncooked
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 c buffalo sauce
  • 1 t Dijon mustard
  • 1 t sea salt
  • ¼ t black pepper, fresh ground
  • 1 c milk
  • ½ c heavy cream

Directions

  1. Add cheese, pasta, butter, buffalo sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, milk, and heavy cream; stir well.
  2. Set the cooker to "slow cook" and adjust for 2 hrs. Cover with glass lid. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes.
  3. Afterward, if not done, cook and adjust for 1 additional hr. Check every 15-30 minutes until done.
