Cauliflower Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 2 C water
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1½ C mushrooms
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 T chives (garnish)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into the jar.
- Using the plunger lid, set to "Soup" for 5 minutes. If more time is needed, set blender to "Soup" for additional time.
- Once finished, carefully remove the lid.
- Pour into desired bowls and garnish with chives.
- Serve and enjoy.
