Ingredients

1 loaf one-day-old bread (sourdough, challah, etc.), cubed
-
⅓c extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- 2T herbs de Provence
Directions
- In a bowl, combine bread, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence.
- Lay the bread onto the air fry basket and place into position 3, and place enamel baking pan in position 1 on cooking rack. Press On/Off to turn on the Bravo. Press Preset then turn Start/ Pause dial to select Preset 33. Press Start/Pause to begin cooking 360 ̊F for 15 minutes.
- After the Bravo is finished “baking”, it will beep 3 times and display “End”. Carefully remove the croutons from the Bravo and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve on top of a salad and enjoy.
