Ingredients

  • 1 loaf one-day-old bread (sourdough, challah, etc.), cubed
  • ⅓c extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt, as needed
  • Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
  • 2T herbs de Provence

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine bread, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence.
  2. Lay the bread onto the air fry basket and place into position 3, and place enamel baking pan in position 1 on cooking rack. Press On/Off to turn on the Bravo. Press Preset then turn Start/ Pause dial to select Preset 33. Press Start/Pause to begin cooking 360 ̊F for 15 minutes.
  3. After the Bravo is finished “baking”, it will beep 3 times and display “End”. Carefully remove the croutons from the Bravo and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve on top of a salad and enjoy.
