2 filet mignon steaks
2 slices thick bacon
Freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the Duet at 400°F for 15 minutes.
Wrap the bacon around the filets mignons. Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
Rub olive oil on the filets and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
In a heated skillet, sear steaks on both sides. Once seared, place in the Air Fry Basket. Once preheated, place into Duet. Place on Air Fryer Lid. Press “AIR FRY” and set at 400°F for 5-7 min.
Using a handheld meat thermometer, check to see that an internal temperature of 130°F has been reached for medium-rare.
When done, remove steaks and let rest 5-10 min. before serving.
