1½ C oat groats
- 4 C water
- 1 t vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh berries (garnish)
- Add oats into blender jar.
- Using the plunger lid, set to speed 7 and blend for 15 seconds.
- Once finished, remove the lid.
- Bring water up to a boil and slowly stir in oats. Cook on a low simmer for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Once finished, stir in vanilla extract and add pinch of salt.
- Serve and garnish with fresh berries.
