Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast

1⁄4c warm water
- 1t sugar
- 3c bread flour
- 1c warm water
- 2T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2t sea salt
- Non-stick cooking spray, as needed
Directions
In a bowl of 1⁄4c warm water, combine the yeast and sugar and let the mixture sit for 5 min.
- Add flour, salt, 1c warm water and oil to the bowl and mix until soft dough is formed.
- Spray a bowl and place the dough into the bowl. Cover and let the dough sit for 45 min. in a warm place.
- Once the dough has risen, remove it from the bowl and knead the dough on a floured surface.
Press On/Off to turn on the Bravo. Press Preset then turn Start/Pause dial to select Preset 37. Press Start/Pause to begin the preheating to 400 ̊F.
Spray the enamel baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Form the dough into a loaf and place it onto enamel baking pan.
- Once the Bravo is preheated the Bravo will beep twice, ready, 10 second countdown, and one beep. Open the Bravo door. Cut slits into the top of loaf (3-4 slits) and place the enamel baking pan and cooking rack into position 2. Close the Bravo door to begin cooking 400 ̊F for 18 minutes.
- After the Bravo is finished baking, it will beep 3 times and display “End”.
- When done, remove the enamel baking pan and let the bread cool for 5 minutes.
