Mango-Habanero Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 habaneros, stemmed and seeded
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 lime, zest
  • 12 oz mango puree
  • 1 T chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ C sugar
  • ½ C vinegar
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a pot, sauté peppers, garlic, and chili flakes.
  2. Add all ingredients to jar.
  3. Using the plunger lid, set to speed 7 and blend until consistency is smooth, about 2 minutes.
  4. Once finished, remove the lid and pour sauce into a container.
  5. Store in fridge for up to one month.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
