Ingredients

  • 2 C frozen raspberries
  • ⅓ c maple syrup
  • 1½ t vanilla extract
  • 12 oz tofu
  • 2 fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to jar.
  2. Using the plunger lid, set blender to speed 8 and blend for 2 minutes.
  3. Once finished, open the lid and scrape out mousse into a container.
  4. Serve warm or let chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
