Ingredients
- 1 t sea salt
- Black pepper, cracked

½ t onion powder

½ t garlic powder
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil

½ t steak seasoning
- 1 -b rib-eye steak
- 1 c water
- 1 T brown sugar
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and steak seasoning. Rub mixture all over ribeye. Allow to marinate in fridge for at least 3-6 hrs.
- When ready to cook, set pressure cooker to "sear" and add oil. Add steak and sear each side until brown.
- Add water and brown sugar. Close and lock the lid. Set to "meat/stew" and adjust for 6 minutes. Press start/stop.
When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid. If steak is not done to desired temperature at least 165°F, set cooker to "sear" and cook until preferred temperature is reached.
