Roasted Baby Carrots with Farm Butter & Fresh Chives

Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby carrots (tricolor optional)
- 4 oz butter, melted
- Sea salt to taste
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 3 T fresh chives (minced)
Directions
- Place carrots into bowl. Pour melted butter on top, toss, and season with salt and pepper. Toss again.
- Place in round roasting pan place and onto grill. Cook at 300°F 50/50 for 15 minutes.
- Add chives toss to infuse. Pour into bowls and serve.
