Roasted Baby Carrots with Farm Butter & Fresh Chives
- 2 lbs baby carrots (tricolor optional)
- 4 oz butter, melted
- Sea salt to taste
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 3 T fresh chives (minced)
Place carrots into bowl. Pour melted butter on top, toss, and season with salt and pepper. Toss again.
Place in round roasting pan place and onto grill. Cook at 300°F 50/50 for 15 minutes.
- Add chives toss to infuse. Pour into bowls and serve.
