Ingredients

  • 1-½ lbs sausage, diced
  • 2 lbs potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ c chicken stock
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T paprika

Directions

  1. Set pressure cooker to "slow cook" and layer in potatoes, sausage, and onions.
  2. In a bowl, mix Worcestershire, chicken stock, garlic, and paprika and pour over the sausage and potatoes.
  3. Cover with glass lid and set to cook for 4 hrs.
  4. Remove lid carefully and stir. Serve and enjoy.
