Ingredients
- 1-½ lbs sausage, diced
- 2 lbs potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ c chicken stock
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T paprika
Directions
- Set pressure cooker to "slow cook" and layer in potatoes, sausage, and onions.
- In a bowl, mix Worcestershire, chicken stock, garlic, and paprika and pour over the sausage and potatoes.
- Cover with glass lid and set to cook for 4 hrs.
- Remove lid carefully and stir. Serve and enjoy.
