Ingredients
- 3 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 15 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t ginger, fresh, minced
- 1 T cayenne pepper, ground
- 1 c chicken stock
- 6 T fish sauce
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Directions
Set pressure cooker to "sear", press "start/stop", and add oil. When oil is hot, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute then add cayenne pepper and stir. Sauté an additional 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients. Close and lock lid. Set pressure cooker to "soup", adjust time to 2 minutes, and press "start/stop".
- When done, do a quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening the lid.
- Carefully open the lid and check the sauce for seasoning. Add salt and pepper, if needed.
