Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower

½ head broccoli

½ head cauliflower
- 1 lemon
Directions
- Place 1 inch of water in 3.5 quart all-purpose pan.
- Turn NuWave PIC to Max/Sear to bring water to rolling boil.
- Place steamer basket on pot, add cauliflower and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add broccoli to steamer basket. Cook additional 4 minutes.
- Vegetables will be al dente (firm to the bite).
- For softer vegetables, cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Place in bowl and squeeze lemon over vegetables.
