- 1 T honey

¼ C milk
Directions
- Place ingredients into the jar and close the lid.
- Set blender to speed 7 and blend for 15 seconds.
- Remove lid. Pour into bowl.
- Top bowl with favorite toppings such as, almonds, berries, cereal, or honey.
