Ingredients
- 2 lb roma tomatoes, halved
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- ⅓ C olive oil
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Directions
- Toss your tomatoes in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle rosemary over the tops and lay on a Baking Pan.
- Place Baking Pan onto the Cooking Rack set on the middle position.
- Set Bravo to "Dehydrate" on 200°F for 8 hours.
- Once finished carefully remove from the oven and let cool. Serve and enjoy .
