Thai Ginger Soup

Ingredients
- 1 carrot, peeled and quartered
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 C water
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1-inch piece of ginger root, peeled
- 1 T chili flakes
- 1 T cilantro, chopped
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- ½ t honey or agave
Directions
- Place all ingredients into jar and place plunger lid on.
- Set blender to "Soup" and blend for 5 minutes. If more time is needed, set blender to "Soup" and blend for additional time.
- Remove soup from the jar.
- Serve and enjoy.
