Ingredients

• ⅔ C mayo
• 3½ T ketchup
• 2 T lemon juice
• 3 T pimento, chopped
• ⅓ yellow onion, minced
• 2 T parsley, chopped
• 3 T sweet relish
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• ⅓ C water
• 1 t sugar

Directions

1. Add all ingredients into jar.
2. Using the plunger lid, set to speed 7 and blend for 1 minute. Add more or less water to reach desired consistency.
3. Once finished, remove lid and pour into a container. Serve on salad, burgers, or any favorites.
