Ingredients

⅔ C mayo
3½ T ketchup
2 T lemon juice
3 T pimento, chopped
⅓ yellow onion, minced
2 T parsley, chopped
3 T sweet relish
1 clove garlic, minced
⅓ C water
1 t sugar

Directions

Add all ingredients into jar.
Using the plunger lid, set to speed 7 and blend for 1 minute. Add more or less water to reach desired consistency.
Once finished, remove lid and pour into a container. Serve on salad, burgers, or any favorites.
