Watermelon Chill Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon (cut into cubes, frozen solid)
  • ¼ cup sugar (or honey/agave; adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Optional: a pinch of salt (enhances flavor)
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions

  1. Cut into cubes, remove seeds if needed.
  2. Freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet until solid (about 3–4 hours or overnight).
  3. Add frozen watermelon cubes to your Infinity blender.
  4. Pour in lime juice and sugar (or sweetener).
  5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of cold water.
  6. Use plunger to help with blending.
  7. Add more lime juice or sugar if needed.
  8. Serve immediately for a soft-serve style sorbet, or transfer to a container and freeze 1–2 hours for a firmer scoopable texture.
