Watermelon Chill Sorbet
- 2 lbs watermelon, rind removed
- Pinch of salt
- Add all ingredients to jar and close the lid.
Using plunger lid, blend mixture on "Ice" setting. Use plunger to push around the contents. If the sorbet isn't the consistency desired, pulse until correct consistency is reached.
- Once blending is finished, dispense product into container of choice.
- If mixture is too runny, place in freezer for 20 minutes then serve.
