Ingredients
- 4 cups seedless watermelon (cut into cubes, frozen solid)

- 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- Optional: a pinch of salt (enhances flavor)
- Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish
Directions

- Freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet until solid (about 3–4 hours or overnight).
- Add frozen watermelon cubes to your Infinity blender.
- Pour in lime juice and sugar (or sweetener).
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of cold water.
- Use plunger to help with blending.
- Add more lime juice or sugar if needed.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve style sorbet, or transfer to a container and freeze 1–2 hours for a firmer scoopable texture.
