Induction Cooktops & Non-Stick Cookware

Our induction cooktops are the perfect addition to your kitchen. These energy-efficient precision induction cooktops fit perfectly on the kitchen counter and can be stored elsewhere when not in use. Since they are compact, the induction cooktops are portable and make travel convenient when you are bringing a dish to a party and the meal needs to reheat.

Functional and easy to use, our precision induction cooktops pair perfectly with our Duralon non-stick induction cookware. Cook, sear, sauté, boil, and reheat food in a timely manner while only heating the induction cookware. There are no open flames with our cooktops, and they heat food faster than your average electric or gas stove.

We’ve designed our induction cooktops to be energy efficient, with digital controls that allow you to cook your food to the desired temperature. Enjoy easy cleanup with our precision induction cooktops. Simply wipe the ceramic glass induction cooktop once it’s cool to the touch with a damp cloth.

See our selection of induction cooktops, including the PIC Flex, PIC Gold, PIC Double, PIC Pro Chef, and our Mosaic Induction Wok. Get inspired by some of our favorite precision induction cooktop recipes, including Apple-Bacon Grilled Cheese, Garlic Mussels With Pasta, and Chocolate-Covered Strawberries.

FAQ's

What is an induction cooktop?

Nuwave’s precision induction cooktops use induction heating to cook food. The induction technology works by the internal copper coil generating a magnetic field within the iron-based or steel-based induction cookware. This magnetic field causes induction heat in the cookware. This is what allows the heat to generate only in the cookware and not on the surface of the induction cooktop. Due to less heat being generated, precision induction cooktops are more energy efficient than a gas or electric stovetop.

What is the best way to clean a NuWave induction cooktop?

The precision induction cooktops can be cleaned by using a damp cloth and wiping away any spilled food off of the glass top surface. You can use a specific glass cooktop cleaner, but our induction cooktops are easy to clean.

What are some of the best induction cooktop recipes from NuWave?

Enjoy some of the most popular Induction Cooktop Recipes from the chefs at NuWave like our Pork Chops Milanese, Pastolio, Paella, and Caramel Apples. We offer an abundance of Mosaic Induction Wok Recipes, including Beef Chop Suey, Fried Wontons, Pot Stickers, and Kung Pao Chicken.

What is the best NuWave cookware for induction cooktops?

At NuWave, we offer professional high-quality induction cookware sets that pair well with our precision induction cooktops. For healthy and non-toxic ceramic cookware, see our non-stick Duralon Blue Cookware 12-Piece Set. If you want to have a professional-grade cookware set, see our Pro-Smart Cookware 9-Piece Set. Induction cookware needs to have an iron-based magnetic surface on the bottom of the pot or pan. Some induction cookware is stainless steel, and other types are cast iron. These types of pots and pans are compatible with NuWave precision induction cooktops.

What are the best induction cooktops offered by NuWave?

At NuWave, we have a wide variety of precision induction cooktops. See our full line of portable induction cooktops, including the PIC Flex, PIC Gold, PIC Pro Chef, and PIC Double. We also offer a Mosaic Precision Induction Wok for induction cooking.

What functions are offered on the precision induction cooktops?

The induction cooktops generate heat faster than a typical electric or gas stovetop, allowing the food to cook faster and more efficiently, saving you money on energy and electric bills. These durable, high-quality precision induction cooktops have stage cook functions that allow you to enjoy multiple cooking functions, including broil, sauté, sear, grill, steam, pressure cook, fondue, slow cook, deep fry, and more. These induction cooktops are also portable.

How can you clean induction cookware?

Our non-stick induction cookware is easy to clean after use. The induction cookware pots and pans can run through normal dishwasher cycles, but they can also be washed by hand. Simply use a nonabrasive cloth or sponge to clean the induction cookware with a little bit of dish soap. Then, rinse the induction cooktop pans. Be sure to dry the non-stick cookware, so it’s ready to use with the precision induction cooktops.

What induction wok and induction cookware parts and accessories are available?

For the NuWave Mosaic induction wok parts and accessories, we offer a deep frying rack and the NuWave precision induction wok cookbook. Be sure to see all of the Duralon induction cookware parts and accessories, including 9.5 and 11-inch forged aluminum pans, a 3-quart stainless steel saucepan with lid, a 9-quart stainless steel stock pot with lid, a 3-quart forged grill pan with lid, and a 9-inch and 12-inch lid.
