What are the interior dimensions?
The Nuwave Bravo XL Pro’s internal dimensions are 14.5” L x 13.5” W x 7.6”H with the cooking area being 14.25”L x 12.125”W x 6.0”H using the cooking rack at the lowest level. Any standard 13"L x 9”W x 3.0”H dish or pan will fit nicely. However, if the pan has long handles, it may not fit. Please measure the length of the handles to ascertain exact fitment. In addition, all oven-safe glass, ceramic, and metal pans are safe to use in the Bravo XL Pro.
Can I cook on more than one level?
Yes you can cook on more than one level in the Nuwave Bravo XL Pro. This option is perfect for creating multiple dishes easier and faster than before.
Can you control both top and bottom heating elements separately?
Yes, by pressing the Top/Bottom button, you can select whether you want to cook with the top heating element, bottom heating element, or both at the same time. Broil with the top heater, bake with the bottom heater, or roast with both. The possibilities are endless.
