Ingredients

  • 6 russet potatoes, washed
  • 1 c water

Directions

  1. Add water and steamer rack to pressure cooker and place potatoes on steamer rack.
  2. Close and lock lid, set pressure cooker to "potatoes", and press "start/stop". When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
  3. Carefully open lid and remove potatoes. Place them in a preheated oven to 450°F. Allow to bake an additional 15 minutes. This will crisp up the skin.
  4. Serve with butter, sour cream, chives, and any other favorite potato toppings.
