Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 t red pepper flakes
  • ¼ c flour
  • 2 c milk, whole
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 pkg biscuit dough, baked according to package

Directions

  1. Set pressure cooker to "sear", add sausage and red pepper flakes. Adjust time to 15 minutes and press "start/stop". Sauté sausage until browned.
  2. Add flour and stir to coat sausage. Add milk and stir. Simmer until gravy thickens. Check seasoning and salt and pepper as needed. Ladle over biscuits.
