Pork Biscuits & Gravy
- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 1 t red pepper flakes
¼ c flour
- 2 c milk, whole
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- 1 pkg biscuit dough, baked according to package
Set pressure cooker to "sear", add sausage and red pepper flakes. Adjust time to 15 minutes and press "start/stop". Sauté sausage until browned.
- Add flour and stir to coat sausage. Add milk and stir. Simmer until gravy thickens. Check seasoning and salt and pepper as needed. Ladle over biscuits.
