Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes

2 T extra-virgin olive oil

Sea salt, as needed
Directions
Rub sweet potatoes with olive oil and prick each potato with a fork. Season with salt.
Set to “Bake” at 425 ̊F for 45 minutes. Place potatoes in the Baking Pan on Cooking Rack in slot 1.
When done, carefully remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Split each open and top with butter and salt.
