Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes
- 1⁄3 c extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- 1⁄2 t cayenne pepper
Directions
- Set Bravo to “Roast” and preheat to 450 ̊F.
- In a bowl, toss potatoes in olive oil, garlic, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place potatoes in Baking Pan and set on Cooking Rack in slot 2.
- Set Bravo to 450 ̊F for 40 minutes.
