Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 2T extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, as needed
- Butter, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
Directions
Open the Bravo door. Place the Mesh Rack onto cooking rack position 1. Press ON/OFF to turn on the Bravo. press PRESET then turn START/PAUSE dial to select Preset 27. Press Start/ Pause to begin the preheating to 425 ̊F.
- While the Bravo is preheating. Toss the sweet potatoes in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Once the Bravo is preheated the Bravo will beep twice, ready, 10 second countdown and beep once. Open the Bravo door and pull out the Mesh Rack from the cooking rack. Place the sweet potatoes onto Grill and slide back into the Bravo, close the door to begin cooking 425 ̊F for 45 minutes.
- After the Bravo is finished cooking, it will beep 3 times and display “End”.
- When done, carefully remove from the Bravo. Split open each sweet potato and top them with butter and salt.
- Serve and enjoy.
