Directions

1. Add bananas, oil, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla to jar.

2. Using the plunger lid, set blender to speed 7 and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.

3. Once finished, remove lid.

4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

5. Add blended mixture with dry ingredients and add milk. Stir to combine.

6. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.

7. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.

8. Let cool. Serve and enjoy.
