- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 2 T coconut water
⅓ C chocolate chips
- 1 C cocoa powder
¼ C agave
½ t baking soda
- Add all ingredients to blender except baking soda.
- Using the plunger lid, set to speed 6 and blend contents for 1 minute until batter is smooth.
- Pour in baking soda and pulse until mixed in.
- Once finished, open the lid and pour contents into greased baking pan.
Bake in an oven at 350°F for 20 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
