½ C blueberries
- 2 t flaxseed oil
- 1 T honey
- 1 scoop protein powder
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the jar and close the lid.
- Set to speed 7 and blend for 15 seconds.
- Remove lid, pour into desired cup, and enjoy.
