Ingredients

  • 2 to 8 eggs

Directions

  1. Open the oven, place the baking tray and eggs into the unit in rack position 2.
  2. Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESETS: • Soft - 74 • Medium - 75 • Hard boiled - 76
  3. Close the door to begin cooking (210°F combo, 100% steam). • Soft - 9 minutes • Medium - 11 minutes • Hard boiled - 13 minutes
  4. When time is done, the oven will beep three times and display “End”. Remove the eggs then set in ice water to chill before peeling the shell.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
