Ingredients

  • 3lbs. brisket
  • As needed sea salt
  • As needed fresh ground black pepper
  • Cooking spray, as needed

Directions

  1. Season brisket with salt and pepper. Spray baking tray and place brisket on tray.
  2. Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 45. Press START/ PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
  3. Open the door and place baking tray on rack position 2.
  4. Close the door to begin cooking (300°F combo, 90% steam) for 1 hour and 10 minutes, after which the unit will beep 3 times and display “End”.
  5. Remove brisket, slice and serve.
