Ingredients

  • ½ c water
  • 2 lbs frozen chicken wings, drums and flats separated
  • 2 T canola oil
  • 2 c Buffalo sauce
  • sea salt

Directions

  1. Pour water into pot. Place wings into the Duet Air Fry Basket and place in pot. Place on the Duet Pressure Cooker Lid. Make sure the pressure release valve is in the “CLOSE” position. 
  2. Program the Duet for combo cooking: Press “COMBO COOKING”. Press “PRESSURE” then select high. Press “TIME” and set for 5 minutes.
  3. Press “COMBO COOK” a second time. “air fry” will be displayed. Set temperature for 400°F. Press “TIME” and set for 15 min. Now the recipe is set and ready to cook.
  4. Press “START/PAUSE” to begin pressure cooking.
  5. When done, quick release the pressure by turning the pressure release valve to the “OPEN” position. Carefully remove lid when Duet has finished releasing a ll pressure.
  6. Pat wings dry with paper towels. Remove wings and place in a bowl. Toss with 2T oil. Place back into Duet Air Fry Basket.
  7. Place on Duet Air Fryer Lid. Press “START/PAUSE” to begin to air fry. After 7 minutes, open lid, and then lift up Air Fry Basket. Shake wings or gently toss them. Lower Duet Basket back into pot and close lid to resume cooking.
  8. While wings are cooking, stir together Buffalo sauce and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  9. When cooking is complete, transfer wings to the bowl with Buffalo sauce and toss to coat. Serve.
